Cancellation policy
Cancellation of booking must be made by phone or online no later than 48 hours before the start of the treatment.
If you cancel too late, 50% of the treatment price will be charged. (Can only be done by phone)
In case of no-show, the full price of the treatment will be charged.
If you have a voucher card registered, a voucher will be deducted instead.
If you do not pay for late cancellation or no-show, you will be blocked in our booking system and cannot book future appointments.
Preferably do not bring children
At TAKE A BREAK Spa, we want you and our other customers to get a well-deserved break from an eventful day.
As we want to create a calm and relaxing environment around our customers, too much commotion, crying and fussing can risk being sent home without the treatment being completed – and paying for the booked time. Therefore, for the sake of yourself, the therapists and the remaining customers (… who may have left their children at home to get some child-free mommy-time), we recommend that you do not bring children to your treatment.
BUT you are welcome to bring your baby to BABY DAYS at TAKE A BREAK Spa, which is held on the first Wednesday of every month from opening until 12:00! Read more about BABY DAYS →
Duration of treatment
All times shown on our website, price list and online booking are indicative. This is just to give the customer an idea of how much time to set aside. In addition, it is mentioned that the customer has no ‘claim’ to this time, unless otherwise agreed with the therapist.
